HEI distributors are the perfect upgrade for non computer controlled engines. Fits 1942-62 Chevy/GM 216-217-235-236-261 straight/inline 6 cylinder engines. Long shaft (4-11/16"). NOTE: Will not work with V6 engines.

Features include:
1) Fully CNC machined with polished housing.
2) Adjustable vacuum advance canister to improve economy.
3) Premium caps with brass terminals.
4) A low-saturation ignition module.
5) High output coil which produces 48,000 volt spark through 7,000 RPM.
6) 4340 Chromoly steel bottom gear for use with cast and steel billet cams.
7) True spark alignment for instantaneous response at high RPM.
