We accept returns within 30 days from the ship date.
All returns must be accompanied by a Return Good Authorization Number (RGA) in order for it to be processed. Please email us at to obtain this required RGA number. 
The return RGA Form must also be filled out and sent along with your return. Products must be received within 14 calendar days of the issuance of the RGA.
Please mark the corresponding return number clearly on the outside of all the boxes being returned. This will help us to process your return in a timely manner. As a reminder, you will be responsible for items lost or damaged in-transit, for your security, we highly recommend that you insure the return package and retain your receipt.

All good merchandise returns are subjected to a 15% Restocking Fee and can only be accepted under brand-new and un-installed condition. We Do Not Accept Exchanges. Customer will be credited for returned product and must re-purchase the correct item.
