How do I return an item?
We accept returns within 30 days from the ship date. All returns will be accompanied by a Return Good Authorization Number (RGA). It may be necessary in some cases for the the customer to take a photo of the product in order to receive an RGA number. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain an RGA number. Please mark the corresponding invoice number clearly on the outside of all the boxes being returned. This will help us process your return in a timely manner. All good merchandise returns are subjected to a 15% Restocking Fee and can only be accepted under brand-new and un-installed condition. If you need an exchange, when no error on our part exists with the shipping of any purchase, you will be subject to incur the cost associated with re-shipping a package and the original shipping cost is not subject to a refund. If we make an error and ship you the wrong part, you need to contact us within 7day of receiving the product. We will then ship out the correct part to you with a UPS prepaid return label for you to return the wrong part. The prepaid return label is accepted at any UPS stores, UPS locations, and any Staples locations and there is no charge to you. Please note that we require the wrong item to be return to our facility no later than one month of receiving the correct replacement part, otherwise we will need to charge you for the wrong part. All returns will be credited back to the original form of payment.
